We are excited to announce our biggest release ever, version 3.0 of SeamlessDesk's Service Desk software suite. This release includes many new and exciting features, bug fixes, and UI and UX improvements.
A detailed list is provided below, but we would like to highlight a few of them.
New SeamlessDesk Modules
These new modules will allow your organization to convert Help Desk tickets to Incidents, create Problems from one or more Incidents, and then create Releases to address Problems. These new modules also work hand in hand with other SeamlessDesk ITSM, ITAM, and Help Desk modules to provide your team with all of the tools they need to be successful.
